Alberto Martin, 81, passed away March 21, 2023. Beloved husband of Josefina for 54 wonderful years. Loving father of Cheryl (Eric) Sanchez, Cahren (Tony) Cruz, and Casey (Kristine) Martin. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy, Jared (Morgan), Jasmine (Anees), Joshua, Camryn, Jake, Pema, and Sasha. Great grandfather of Jelani. Dear brother of Minda Jumawan. Alberto was a 30 year employee of the Federal Government serving in the United States Postal Service. Visitation will be Friday, March 31, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral services will begin on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home then proceed to St. Pascal Catholic Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery.
