Alberta Achtstatter, Age 85 nee Bauer. Beloved wife of the late Kurt. Loving mother of Jeff, Jennifer (Jeff) Boberg and the late Janis. Cherished grandmother of Barbara, Rick, Debbie, Amanda, Tim, Bob, Julie, Elyse and Mariah. Great grandmother of six. Dear sister of the late Marilyn Johnston. Fond aunt of four. Alberta was a lifelong parishioner of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Visitation Thursday Aug. 30th from 3 to 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Alberta will lie in state on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5650 N. Canfield Ave., Chicago. Interment Arlington Cemetery.
