Agustin Hurtado

Agustin Hurtado, age 87, passed away peacefully at his home on June 26, 2023. Agustin was the beloved husband of the late Esperanza; loving father of Mariano (Jovita) Hurtado, Veronica (Faustino) Ontiveros, Maria (the late Ignacio) Gonzalez, Max (Anne) Hurtado, Raquel (Rolando) Sandoval and Agustin (Lisa) Hurtado; dearest son of the late Reynalda and Jesus Hurtado; cherished grandfather of Isela, Alexander, Charles, Rolando, Melissa, Luis Angel, Lezlie, Mateo, Jocelyn, Christina, Isabella, Elena and Emiliano; great grandfather of Elijah, Elyanna, Izais, Luis Angel, Charles, Xavie, Noah, Camila, Rosalie, Luciano, Luca and Sofia; dear brother of Jesus, Domingo, Simon, David, Teresa and Gregoria; fond uncle of many.

Visitation Friday, June 30, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Mary of the Lake Church in Chicago for Mass at 11:00 a.m. All Services will conclude at Church and Agustin will be interred at Garame De Arriba, Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango, Mexico.
