Agostino Femminella

Agostino "Gus" Femminella, age 70, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2022. Gus was the beloved husband of Lisa, nee DeSantis; loving father of Ben (Fiancee' Denise) Femminella; dearest son of the late Rosa and Baldassare Femminella; dear brother of Caterina (Michele) Ciaccio and the late Caterina Femminella and brother in-law of Alessandro (Jodie) and Rocco DeSantis; fond uncle of Antonella (Leonardo) Barrile, Gaspare (Denise) Ciaccio, Alexa and Amedeo James DeSantis; great uncle to Therese Barrile and Michele Ciaccio, Jr. Gus was a cousin, nephew and friend of many and a proud papa of Bo. He was a member of Club Del Sud on Addison and he was especially happy enjoying an espresso with his friends at Bella Cafe on Cumberland. In lieu of flowers, donations to Leukemia Research Foundation in Gus' name at allbloodcancers.org would be appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Eugene Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines, IL.
