Adrian Da Prato, age 94. Beloved son of the late Vittorio (Leonetta) Da Prato; dear brother of the late Peter (Laura) Da Prato; fond uncle of Paula (Rich) Bertolozzi , the late Peter (Valerie) Da Prato; great uncle of Lisa Zuraski, Lana (Wayne) Sampson, Julie (John) Schultheis; adored great great uncle of Connor, Taylor, and Sydney Zuraski, Mackenzie Sampson and Tyler Schultheis. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:30 am Friday, March 20, 2015 at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 pm at Our Lady Mother of the Church on Friday. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
