Adeline Lewinski

Adeline J. Lewinski, nee Chrzastowski, age 98, passed away on June 5th surrounded by her loving family. Adeline was the beloved wife of the late Walter J.; dearest sister of Lillian (the late Sam) Fazio and the late Edward, Walter and Casey Chrzastowski; fond aunt and "cioc" to many. She was a 61 year member with the Ladies Auxiliary of the Polish Legion of American Veterans. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and we will then proceed for Interment at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles. Info 708-456-8300.
