For 35 years, Cumberland Chapels has been a constant in our community. Open seven days a week, our staff works around the clock to serve our families, friends and neighbors. We have always been a place open to everyone, giving those in our community experiencing sadness and loss a place to come together.
We still find ourselves at a challenging time in our society, and we all need to work together, as we so often do, to protect one another. Upon recommendations from state and local government, we are encouraging visitors to continue to wear masks while attending services at our facilities. We know this is still difficult and uncomfortable. However, we advise all people to err on the side of caution. A family already experiencing suffering does not need the threat of illness. Please use caution, common sense and vigilance in evaluating your own health and the health of others.
Most importantly, we at Cumberland Chapels Funeral Home will continue to provide a place of respite, a place for our community to come together to mourn, to celebrate, to laugh and cry, to help one another get through life’s most difficult times. We ask for your patience and understanding. As always, we appreciate your trust as we navigate this public health matter together, and we ask that you help us keep our community safe.
